Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-61870-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Bless and Share Foundation. The project is limited to the construction of a new private road culvert crossing of Orr Creek. To construct the culvert crossing of Orr Creek, vegetation will be cleared from the road/crossing footprint, the road will be graded, the stream channel and banks will be excavated, six (6) inline precast concrete box culverts will be installed with a gravel foundation and backfilled, and the road will be paved over the top of the culvert crossing.
