A Highway Advisory Radio (HAR) and Roadside Unit (RSU) Lifecycle Reset Project at various locations in San Diego County. Project work consists of replacing and sometimes relocating RSU brackets of Vehicle to Infrastructure Systems (VTIS). Project work also consists of resetting the lifecycle of HARs by rotating for best reception and replacing batteries.
