Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has proposed an emergency director’s order (DO) to perform emergency repairs to failed pavement, shoulder, and dikes at three (3) locations on State Route 12 in San Joaquin County (see table below for locations and scope of work). Storm damage has left the locations vulnerable to expanded erosion and pavement failures. All work will occur on Caltrans Right-of-way (ROW). The purpose of the project is to address the failed pavement, shoulder, and dikes. The project is needed to prevent the loss or impairment of life, property, or essential public services.
