Document Description
The Project proposes to construct a new, approximately 100,873 square-foot (gsf), three-story library building and associated site improvements on an approximately 2.0-acre site on the Mt. SAC Campus. The Project site is currently occupied by asphalt paving areas, concrete walkways, concrete curb and gutter, a few retaining walls, pedestrian ramps, trees, light poles, and various active or abandoned utilities. With the exception of some infrastructure along the perimeters of the site, most of these elements are to be demolished as part of this Project.
