Document Description
The project would demolish all structures on the project site to construct five single-family residences and one duplex building, for a total of seven residential units. The project site would be subdivided into six lots to construct the new units and would have a density of 1.1 dwelling units per acre. The tallest single-family unit would be approximately 37 feet tall.
In addition to the residences, the proposed project includes grading/trenching for a private cul-de-sac, surface improvements such as roadways, and utilities necessary to support the subdivision. Each dwelling unit would include solar panels on the rooftop of the structure and a drainage basin would be included at the southern corner of the project site.
