Project includes replacing up to 45 existing 1-inch, 2inch. and 3-inch air release valves (ARV's) at various locations within San Juan Water District's (SJWD) Retail Service area with similar size ARV's. More specifically the project will include replacing the existing ARV's with ARV's that vent above ground as required by California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Section 64576. The Project benefits SJWD's water customers.

The Project includes replacing up to 45 air release valves (ARV's) at various sites located within San Juan Water District's (SJWD} northwest portion of its Retail Service Area within the Sierra Pressure Zone and Bacon Pressure Zone in Granite Bay, Placer County, CA. More specifically, the ARV sites are within the boundaries of Cavitt Stallman Road to the north. East Roseville Parkway to the south, Barton Road to the east, and Sierra College Boulevard to the west. All portions of the Project are within the existing public rights-of-way and easements in Placer County CA.
