This project is exempt under Guideline 15303 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures) since the project consists of a small facility for electrical equipment on a concrete pad measuring 24 ft x 10 fl with an open canopy and adjacent repaving of the surrounding asphalt.
This project is exempt under Guideline 15311 (Accessory Structures) since the project is an accessory structure within the larger existing Orinda WTP. The structure will be located directed adjacent to the existing lift station wet well and motor control center
(MCC) enclosure.
