Document Description
The Project consists of roadway and safety improvements along 12th Street, Flower Street, and Washington Boulevard, and LRT improvements for the Metro A and E Lines. Additional improvements include upgrades to traffic controllers at eight intersections along Flower Street (between Venice Boulevard and Washington Boulevard) and Washington Boulevard (between Maple Avenue and Hooper Avenue). All Project improvements would take place within the existing public right-of-way (ROW).
