The proposed project would replace the existing sanitary sewer main in Rio St. between Riverside Way and Elm St., install a new sanitary sewer main in Rio St. from Elm St. to Sycamore St. and southerly through the existing park area to the intersection of Ash St. and River Park Way, and replace the existing sanitary sewer in River Park Way from the intersection of Ash St. and River Park Way to the sanitary sewer manhole near the entrance of the boat launch ramp to the Sacramento River.
