Reasons for Exemption
In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines and Section 15301c of the California Code of Regulations, projects involving negligible or no expansion of existing streets, sidewalks, gutters, and other similar facilities may be found to be exempt from the requirements of CEQA.
