Reasons for Exemption
In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines and Section 15301c of the California Code of Regulations, projects involving negligible or no expansion of existing streets, sidewalks, gutters, and other similar facilities may be found to be exempt from the requirements of CEQA. The proposed project will involve removal and replacement of damaged sidewalk, driveway approaches, park strip, curb and gutter, tree replacement, and affected asphalt.
