Document Description
The Department of Cannabis Control, pursuant to authority granted under Business and Professions Code, Section 26012, approved a small outdoor commercial cannabis license submitted on 2/16/2025, by Nicole Lopez- Heitkamp. : The Project will consist of 10,000 square feet (sf) of new outdoor mature cannabis canopy cultivation composed of approximately (300) 100-gallon pots. The water irrigation lines shall come from the well under ground to the project site. An onsite septic system would serve the Project’s domestic wastewater needs. Access to the Project site would be via a private road.

Class 1 Categorical Exemptions consist of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alterations to existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the lead agency’s determination. None of the exceptions to this exemption defined in Section 15300.2 apply.
