The parking signage that will be installed to implement the Ordinance is a small structure the installation of which is exempt from CEQA. The ordinance is also categorically exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15307 and 15308 as a regulatory action to assure the maintenance and protection of the environment. Prohibiting overnight parking, camping, littering, vehicle abandonment and other potentially harmful activities near agricultural soils, water quality, human health and other environmental resources.
