The Project will consist of processor activities, which includes receiving, handling, weighing, storing, trimming, and processing of cannabis flower. The project site is located at 394 Yolanda Avenue in Santa Rosa and will occur within an existing 2,000 sq ft building that was previously occupied by a painting business. The daily total employee estimate is 12 people total, and they estimate there will be around 25 vehicle trips per day associated with the project. Expansion and new construction are not proposed as part of the project.

Class 1 Categorical Exemptions consist of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alterations to existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the lead agency’s determination. None of the exceptions to this exemption defined in Section 15300.2 apply.
