The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-STA-59961-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). The Project would consist of vegetation removal to clear accumulated debris and sediment from streams to improve water flow and prevent flooding of the highway and adjacent properties.
