Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-51435-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Gary Freedman.
The Project is limited to one encroachment. The proposed encroachment is to implement streambank stabilization by placing approximately 25 cubic yards of 5- to 8-inch riprap rock on the outer curve bank of a stream. The opposite bank will be undisturbed. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, keying and placement of riprap rock, backfilling and compaction of fill, and willow staking in the topsoil between the riprap rock. All work will be completed as specified in the most recent version of the Notification dated September 5, 2025, including revisions emailed on September 30, 2025.
