The City of Redding will execute a Fire Hydrant Agreement (Agreement) with Kathie Muse to provide fire hydrant service at 18229 Clear Creek Road, in accordance with the requirements of City Council Policy No. 1411 for Fire Hydrant Service Outside the Incorporated Area of the City of Redding. The term of the agreement shall be
indefinite commencing around August 1, 2020, and terminating upon annexation of the property into the City or removal of the fire hydrant.

The action area does not have significant values for wildlife habitat or other environmental resources and the Agreement has no potential to have a significant effect on the environment.
