Document Description
Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit that the West Coast Revivals LLC. to sawcut and remove 20 linear feet of curb at the flowline and leave the gutter undamaged. Reconstruct type A1 curb. Sawcut and remove eight linear feet of sidewalk to replace with a new sidewalk with 1% crossfall and 1-inch to 12-inch longitudinal maximum slope to join the driveway ramp. Sawcut and remove 20 linear feet of sidewalk to reconstruct the driveway ramp with 1% crossfall. Sawcut and remove 12 feet of private driveway, repour to meet the new back walk grade. Sawcut and remove the extra private curb and repour at a lower position to protect the new, lower public sidewalk. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 8 inches, an average width of 5 feet, and a maximum length of 36 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
