Document Description
Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Pacific Bell Telephone Company dba AT&T California, is to access existing utility pole #675891H within Caltrans right-of-way, where a 10 feet horizontal excavation to install a new ground bed consisting of #6 AWG bare copper wire directly buried and interconnected to two pneumatically driven 5/8-inch in diameter, 8 feet long copper grounding rods and perform temporary associated traffic control activities on Zamperini Way at Pacific Coast Highway, State Route (SR)1 at post mile 15.24 in the City of Torrance, County of Los Angeles. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 50 inches, an average width of 12 inches, and a maximum length of 10 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
