Document Description
Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit that the Pacific Bell Telephone Company, dba AT&T California, proposes to trench to place 30 feet of new conduit of fiber and (1) new 3-inch riser. As well as over lash an existing 1,104 feet of 0.5 coax strand between (6) existing utility poles on State Route (SR) 39 near Hillsborough Drive in the City of La Mirada, County of Los Angeles. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 48 inches, an average width of 12 inches, and a maximum length of 29.97 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
