Document Description
Development Plan Review Permit 2026-02 would facilitate the development of Harvest Estates, an 180-lot single-family residential subdivision on approximately 31.28 acres within portions of Assessor's Parcel Numbers 025-130-47, 025-130-48, and 025-130-60S. The project includes detached single-family residences, internal streets, sidewalks, parkways, pedestrian connections, landscaping, utility improvements, drainage facilities, parking, an approximately 1.1-acre neighborhood park through a separate conditional use permit and related on- and off site improvements.
Conditional Use Permit 2026-05 would authorize the proposed approximately 1.1-acre
neighborhood park within the Harvest Estates subdivision. The park would be located near the center of the project site and aligned with the primary project entry. The park would include two picnic areas with tables and trellises, a shaded accessible play structure intended for children ages 5 through 11, two lawn play areas, pedestrian paths, landscaping, shade trees, and related park amenities.
