This Project involves ongoing maintenance of three open-area OHV recreation facilities and 2,302 miles of OHV trails managed by BLM El Centro Field Office, as well as 1.6 miles of trail maintenance (whoop-de-doo removal) along the OHV Back Country Discovery Trail in the Plaster City OHV Open Area. Activities include cleaning and maintaining restrooms, trail and OHV recreation infrastructure maintenance, trash collection, OHV signing in OHV open areas and on OHV trails, non-Law Enforcement monitoring of OHV facilities for maintenance, and OHV outreach.
