Document Description
This District Director's Order will temporarily remove and replace Nine (9) failing laminated sign panels on Routes 5, 22, 55, 91, and 241. These panels have been identified by HQ with inappropriate adhesive used that will de-bond and delaminate. Two (2) sign locations are on sign structures and the remainder seven (7)
locations are roadway signs on a two-wood post along the shoulder areas.
