Specifically, Caltrans proposes the installation of two Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons, removing and relocating two signs, installing two new signs and removing and replacing striping on the I-5 ramp (PM 28.402) from eastbound La Jolla Village Drive in San Diego County.
