Document Description
Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit for Pacific Bell Telephone Company dba AT&T to perform traffic control within Caltrans right-of-way to support excavation and access to existing manhole (MH # 26745) located within Caltrans right-of-way on State Route (SR)27 at post mile 13.07, in the City of Los Angeles, County of Los Angeles. Existing AT&T manhole to be accessed to excavate 4 feet of sidewalk and place 4 feet service lateral (1–4-inch PVC) from manhole to property line. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 55 inches, an average width of 12 inches, and a maximum length of 4 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
