Document Description
A Conditional Use Permit Modification for the Granite Bay Golf Club and Residences (SUB 309/CUP 1667) to modify Conditions 1 (to list each of the changes), 8.H, 8.K, 45, 81, 82, 85, 97, and 115, and 116; a tentative parcel map to subdivide the existing 151.3-acre Granite Bay Golf Club parcel (APN 050-100-042-000) into two parcels: a 4.53-acre parcel (Parcel A) located at the southwest corner of East Roseville Parkway and Barton Road and a 146.77-acre Remainder Parcel containing the existing golf club; a tentative subdivision map to subdivide Parcel A to allow the construction of six single-family residential homes approximately 4,000 square feet in size with four-car garages. The project also proposes to eliminate a deed restriction as described in PSUB 309 / 1667 Condition of Approval #97; eliminate a No Access Strip along frontage of Barton Road and East Roseville Parkway as described in PSUB 309 / 1667 Condition of Approval #85; partially abandon a portion of an IOD for a Conservation/Preservation Easement as described in PSUB 309 / 1667 Condition of Approval 8.K, 81, and Mitigation Measure 12.20; and add six additional units to the Planned Unit Development (PUD) from a stock of unallocated density.
