Document Description
The Proposed Project would modify the Ohlone College Newark Center Student Housing Project as evaluated in the August 8, 2023 IS /MND, October 18, 2023 Addendum (No. 1), the December 1 7, 2025 Addendum (No. 2), and the February 11, 2026 Addendum (No.3). Addendum 4 makes minor modifications to the amount of clean soil to be imported to the project site. The additional clean soil would be used to establish a six inch layer of clean soil on the site.
