Document Description
The Proposed Project would modify the Ohlone College Newark Center Affordable Housing Project as evaluated in the August 8, 2023 IS/MND and October 18, 2023 Addendum (No. 1). A Remedial Action Plan (RAP) would be implemented to address the process to remediate the soils impacted with hazardous chemicals and soil vapors within the Project Site. The proposed RAP would be prepared in accordance with existing and use covenants (LUCs) put in place in the Project Site. An Addendum to the IS/MND was prepared to evaluate potential impacts.
