The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Notification No. EPIMS- SLO-56035-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code, to the City of Paso Robles. The Project includes routine, reoccurring maintenance activities to facilitate flood control and water conveyance within basins and drainages that carry water through and across
the City of Paso Robles. Authorized activities include vegetation and sediment removal.
