Per Caltrans SR33 Improvements Project (0618000050), a Caltrans proposed crosswalk and two curb ramps north of Elm Ave/SR33 and Van Ness St to be installed per Caltrans hired contractor. An existing pedestrian street light is in the way of the curb ramp wing. Caltrans and City of Coalinga has agreed for the City to remove existing electrical street light and install new solar lighting on both proposed curb ramps.
