Document Description
Caltrans proposes upgrading seven controller cabinets along I-680 in Contra Costa County. Some project elements will occur off the paved roadway. All work shall remain within Caltrans right of way (ROW) and equipment shall be staged within Caltrans ROW in areas absent of vegetation. Construction is estimated to begin in September 2026.
