These Charges allow the District to meet the District's financial requirements and obtain funds for capital projects, which are necessary to maintain service within the District's existing water service area as described herein. The need to meet the District's financial requirements and obtain funds for capital projects, to be funded by the Charges, will not expand the District's water system.
