Document Description
The project proposes to replace and weatherproof the roofing materials for laboratories A, B, C, and D. The roofs are more than 20 years old and in need of additional weatherproofing and replacement. The project will remove existing roofing system and related accessories down to structural roof deck, and replace with new roofing system including rigid insulation, cover board, a single-ply roofing membrane, and all required flashing and penetration.
