Document Description
Caltrans is proposing a pavement rehabilitation project along NB I-15 at the Off Ramp to Ocean View Boulevard at PM R0.5 in San Diego County, California. The scope of work includes cold planing the top 0.2 feet of the existing asphalt concrete and replace with 0.2 feet of rubberized hot mix asphalt along the entire width of the on-ramp. No ground disturbance will occur. All work will be on the paved travel way within Caltrans ROW. Pavement rehabilitation will benefit users of the Off Ramp to Ocean View Boulevard.
