Class Eleven (11) consists of construction, or placement of minor structures accessory to (appurtenant to) existing commercial, industrial, or institutional facilities, including on-premise signs. The project consists of one new 123 square foot building used as an enclosure for storage of a BESS system related to an AutoZone.
As the structure would be accessory to the existing commercial facility, the structure would fall under a minor structures appurtenant to an existing commercial facility.
