Document Description
This project proposes to remove existing paint and repaint the structural steel at various locations on the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge (CT Bridge No. 28-0100). The scope of work includes repair of damaged structural steel elements, concrete repairs to portions of the concrete bridge piers, and the replacement of missing plastic lumber on the bridge’s fender system of the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge. This project continues the painting work initiated under project EA 04-3G474, which had significant scope reductions due to funding limitations.
