Document Description
The County of Tulare Alpaugh Branch Library received a Building Forward grant fund for life, safety, and more upgrade projects. This project will modernize the Alpaugh Branch Library with key enhancements, including ADA-compliant accessibility upgrades, restroom remodeling, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing system improvements, new landscaping, new flooring, exterior renovations, a redesigned circulation desk, and the addition of a new parking lot and driveway.
