• Administrative Use Permit Application PA-2400217: To establish a 4,128 square foot commercial kitchen to prepare food for sale for takeout only. A drive through will be utilized for pick up. The project will not have indoor or outdoor dining amenities. The project will have an entrance driveway off of S. El Dorado Street and 2 exits onto S. Harlan Road. A private onsite well will be utilized for water and a septic system will provide sanitary sewer. Storm water will be detained on site. (Use Type: Eating and Drinking Establishment – Limited)
• Merger of Parcels PA-2400219: To merge 4 adjacent parcels into one 0.81 acre parcel.
• General Plan Map Amendment PA-2400220: To amend the General Plan designation of 4 adjacent parcels totaling 0.81 acres from I/G (General Industrial) to C/C (Community Commercial) to correspond with the C-C (Community Commercial) zoning.
