Reasons for Exemption
The City reviewed the environmental impacts of the proposed Resolution pursuant to
the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code §§ 21000, et seq. "CEQA"') and the requlations promulqated thereunder (14 Cal. Code of Reqs. §§ 15000, et seq., the "CEQA Guidelines"). This project contemplates construction of four detached, two-story multiple family dwellinqs on a vacant lot with a slope less than 20% that does not result in any chanqes in land use or density, and which was previously approved on March 6, 2023. Accordinqlv, this proiect is exempt from Further review pursuant to CEQA Guidelines §§ 15303 (new construction or conversion of small structures) and 15305 (minor alterations in land use limitations).
