Document Description
The project will replace the HVAC system at Wilkins Cottage building 156 as its reached the end of its useful life. Work includes trenching up to 24 inches deep and approximately 100 feet long for utility installation/replacement; widen the road around the Wilkins Cottage to achieve the minimum required 20 foot by removing and replacing asphalt pavement, building new concrete curb and remove minor amount of landscaping; repair and patch existing walls due to mechanical work within the building; install new roof dormer louvers for outside air intake; construct new concrete housekeeping pads and anchorages for new HVAC units; install new HVAC units; install refrigerant piping and all associated accessories for a completed VRF heat recovery system; install ceiling supply and return diffusers with ductwork air distributions HVAC units; install new ceiling exhaust fans; install new insulations in ceiling attic; and remove, replace and install new electrical components need for the new units.
