Document Description
The Project is located in unincorporated portions of Colusa County, immediately west of the City of Colusa. The Project alignment is located along Arena Drive, Christie Lane, Codorniz Road, Fruitvale Avenue, Grover Avenue, Hunter Road, Locey Court, Lurline Avenue, Mccoy Road, North Avenue, Ranch Road, Roberts Road, State Highway 20, State Highway 45, and Wilson Avenue. Land use along the Project alignment is predominately agricultural, with rural residential and commercial uses scattered along the alignment. The geography of the area is primarily agricultural, with built environment features generally limited to residences and some commercial and agriculture-related facilities. The terrain is flat with little to no topographical relief. Lurline Avenue, Wilson Avenue, State Highway 20, and State Highway 45 are the primary arterial roads in the Project area. Suburban and urban development is present in the City of Colusa.
