Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), using state funding, is proposing to update all Shasta 5 offramps to current Wrong Way standards. Work includes roadside signs and pavement delineation. Grinding will be necessary for recessed pavement delineation. Post depths for signs estimated at 1.5'. Work to be proposed under nighttime ramp closures. This project is needed to provide a warning system for vehicles entering the wrong direction on a one way offramp.
