Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has extended and amended Lake and Streambed Alteration (LSA) Agreement Notification No. 1600-2012-084-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code, for the project applicant, the Inland Empire Resource Conservation District. The Permittee’s Conservation Lands Creation, Restoration, Enhancement, Preservation, and Maintenance Program includes projects for the creation, restoration, enhancement, preservation, conservation, and maintenance of various habitats, native vegetation buffers, and other lands within the Santa Ana River Watershed and White River Watershed. Project activities will occur on private and public lands, including conservation easements held by the Permittee. The Project involves an extension to allow the Permittee to extend the term of the LSA from June 15, 2025, to June 15, 2028. The extension also includes modifications to the measures in the Agreement and additional measures to protect fish and wildlife resources.
