The County of Riverside is providing $1 ,000,000 from County General Funds to Lift to Rise to support and develop affordable housing throughout the County of Riverside through its We Lift Housing Catalyst Fund and partner with the I-lousing Collaborative Action Network (" the Housing CAN"). As a subrecipient, Lift to Rise's core functions will be to convene and build the housing coalition; aggregate a pipeline of regional affordable housing development underway; develop strategy for increasing affordable housing production and aligning capital and resources; engage in market-building activity, provide technical assistance and capacity building suppo1t to affordable housing developers and municipalities; and engage in advocacy for state, federal, and philanthropic resources ..
