The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number YOL-29753 -R2 (Agreement), pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the Department of Water Resources. The amendment will (1) update the listed Permittee and primary contact person under the current Agreement; (2) revise the existing project description to provide additional potential inwater work isolation methods; and (3) add additional measures to protect fish and wildlife resources during potential dewatering activities.
