The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-53387-R2, pursuant to
Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, SPMUD.
The Agreement covers routine maintenance activities at multiple SPMUD sewer crossings and
parallel sewer facilities located at Secret Ravine, Sucker Ravine, Antelope Creek, Clover
Valley Creek, Pleasant Grove Creek, and multiple unnamed tributaries, for the purposes of
maintaining sanitary sewer facilities and facilitating site inspections.

Class 1 because the project is limited to the maintenance
of existing public sewerage facilities and includes no expansion of existing use. Class 4
because the project is limited to minor public alterations in the condition of land, water, and
vegetation that do not involve removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees.
