Document Description
The proposed project is for a license for a small outdoor cultivation license for commercial cannabis. The project site is located at 7276 Black Bart Trai in Redwood Valley Mendocino County CA 95470 (APN 176-050-10-00 & 176-050-03-00). The proposed project is for 9687 sf of mature a cultivation within a ~20.03-acre project footprint. Residence and prior cultivation are evident on Google Earth going back to at least 2017. The current cannabis cultivation footprint was also established circa 2018. Irrigation is supplied by an existing on-site ground water well. Maximum water usage is estimated at 120000 gallons per month. Power is supplied by PG&E through existing infrastructure with a yearly projection total of 1950 kWh.
