Document Description
Caltrans proposes installing centerline rumble strips and traffic striping at two locations along State Route (SR-) 12 in Sonoma County. The first location is from PM R12.9 to T17.4 and the second is from PM 24.8 to 25.2. The purpose of the project is to reduce vehicle collisions. One-way traffic control will be required during construction. All work is limited to the paved roadway mainline within Caltrans right of way (ROW). Project construction is scheduled to begin in June of 2026. Equipment shall be staged within Caltrans ROW in areas absent of vegetation.
