The proposed Map Amendment to the Approved Recorded Parcel Map (PM06-030) recorded in Book 20 of Parcel Maps at Page 97 for APN: 057-240-023 seeks to create a new building envelope for future residential home on southern portion of the project parcel, and to revise the blue oak environmentally sensitive (non-disturbance) area identified on Parcel 4 on the Supplemental Data Sheet of PM20-0097, Nevada County Records. The Mitigated Negative Declaration (EIS06-039) prepared for the original Parcel Map (PM06-030) that created the subject property is hereby amended by this 15164 letter for the proposed map amendment.
