Document Description
The project consists of replacing and upgrading existing building components at Building A, located at 1717 Fifth Street, to maintain the facility in safe and functional condition. The work includes installing a roof overlay with new insulation and a new roofing membrane over the existing roof system; replacing existing downspouts; installing new roof access ladders; and replacing three rooftop HVAC units in kind, including required structural reinforcement. The purpose of the project is to extend the service life of the building, address deteriorated conditions, and ensure continued reliable operation.
