Document Description
Bike and Pedestrian safety improvements will occur at approximately 88 intersection locations throughout the City of Santa Cruz. Majority of the project consists of striping, painting of curbs and post daylighting. At approximately nine locations, construction will include curb ramps, bulb-outs and similar pedestrian crossing features. The Purpose of the project is to improve public safety by enhancing visibility at applicable intersections. The project is Needed to comply with California’s AB 413 law. All work will be in City right-in-way.
